Together with our partners at Tlicho Investments and RTL Construction we are and responsible of the annual construction and maintenance of a North America’s largest ice road, the Tibbitt to Contwoyto winter road (TCWR). TCWR is a vital, seasonal ice road which serves as a lifeline for the region’s diamond mines allowing for massive annual resupply of fuel, equipment, explosives, and materials during its short 8-10 week season, as no permanent roads serve these remote mines, making it critical for their operations and the regional economy.
