Leigh-Anne Palter, LLM, MBA, ICD.D – Chief Executive Officer
Leigh-Anne joined Tsa Group of Companies as its Interim CEO in April of 2024 and was appointed to the role permanently in August 2024. She is a seasoned executive having spent over 30 years in the energy and infrastructure sectors across North America. Leigh-Anne is a values driven leader and has demonstrated a deep commitment to reconciliation throughout her career. Her focus is on establishing the Companies’ purpose and long-term strategic plan and executing with a people first approach.
In addition to her role at Tsa, Leigh-Anne serves on the Board of Directors of Northwest Territories Power Corporation and holds the positions of Vice-Chair , and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Leigh-Anne earned Master of Law, Energy and Infrastructure from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA in Finance from Queen’s University, and ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Clint Harrowing – Chief Financial Officer
Clint joined the Tsa Group of Companies as Chief Financial Officer in June 2025. He brings over 15 years of diversified experience across accounting, treasury, sales, and operations. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering measurable results, Clint is dedicated to building strong relationships both within the organization and in the broader community. In his role as CFO, he is focused on advancing the company’s operational priorities in support of its strategic vision, while providing disciplined financial leadership grounded in robust processes and transparency.
Clint currently holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA Alberta).
